ESCAPE FROM CONFINEMENT
Investigation revealed on 2/25/05 Charles Huston Boone, Jr., age 41, was directed to report to the St. Mary's County Detention Center by Circuit Court Judge Karen Abrams to begin serving a 18 month sentence. Suspect Boone failed to report as directed and a Retake Warrant was issued. On 3/9/05 Deputy John Logalbo #150 located Suspect Boone in a mobile home in Callaway, Maryland. Suspect Boone was arrested without incident, transported to the Detention Center, charged with Escape, and incarcerated in the Detention Center.
WARRANT SERVICE
On 3/9/05 Dfc. Maloy #137 located Winford J. Charles, age 42, and arrested him on an open warrant for Violation of an Ex-Parte Order and Theft Under $500. Defendant Charles was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and incarcerated pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
BURGLARY
On 03/04/05 Deputy Logalbo,#150 responded to the area of St. James for the reported Burglary. Investigation revealed unknown culprit(s) entered the residence through an unsecured door and removed a DVD Player, XBOX Game System, and a video game all valued at $320.00.
THEFT OVER $500
on 3/8/05 Dfc. Daniel Snyder responded to a home under construction in the Leonardtown area. Investigation revealed unknown Culprit(s) removed two exterior doors by unknown means. The doors, valued at $ 2,230.51, were stolen from the garage area of the home.
