March 4, 2005 at approximately 1211 hours Dfc. Donald Poole stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation at Independence Drive and Loveville Rd. A check on the registration revealed the tag displayed on the vehicle was expired yet displayed a 2006 expiration sticker. The sticker was checked and found to have been stolen. The sticker was stolen with a vehicle tag and reported stolen November 29, 2004. The vehicle driver was also the vehicle owner. The driver, Kimberly Guido Dallas, age 29 of Dunkirk, MD was arrested by Dfc. Poole and charged with Theft under $100.00. She was processed and held at the St. Mary's County Detention Center pending arraignment before a district court commissioner.
March 4, 2005, Dfc. Poole served a District Court Criminal Summons on James Irvin Henderson age 18 of Lexington Park, MD. The Criminal Summons charged two counts of assault, 2nd Degree. The Charges stem from two assaults on two minor children December 22, 2004 at a Lexington Park address. James Henderson was released pending an arraignment in District Court.
