The engineering services include hardware integration analysis for the aircraft, wind tunnel testing and analysis to develop flight test recommendations, and flight test planning. The flight certification support includes ground and flight tests, test data analysis, and development of flight certification reports. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Mo.
