Burglary

On September 9th, 2004 at 8:35 pm, Dfc. Foote responded to the 3100 block of Burgess Rd, Chesapeake Beach, Md. for a reported burglary. Investigation revealed unknown person(s) entered the residence and removed property from within. There are no suspects at this time.

Burglary

On September 9th, 2004 at 9:55 pm, Dfc. Foote responded to the 2100 block of Clearview Dr., Owings, Md. for a reported burglary. Investigation revealed two juvenile suspects entered the residence and removed the property of a juvenile that lives in the home. Arrests have not yet been made and investigation continues.

Hindering

On September 10th, 2004 at 12:15 am, Deputy Windsor was conducting a traffic stop in the area of Rt. 4 and Main Street in Prince Frederick, Md. The operator was placed under arrest for DUI. While searching the vehicle incident to the arrest the passenger of the car continued to yell obscenities and interfered with Deputy Windsor's investigation. Patricia Jones 41 years old of California, Md. was placed under arrest and charged with Hindering. She was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.

Disorderly Conduct

On September 11th, 2004, Dfc Cress contacted William Farr 3rd , 23 years old of Lusby, Md. in the area of 13974 H. G. Trueman Rd. Solomons, Md. During the contact Farr became loud and began using profanity He was told several times to lower his voice and stop using profanities. He refused to comply with Dfc. Cress' request and was issued a Criminal Citation for Disorderly Conduct and released on the scene.
