Miss Gay Southern Maryland will be a symbol of excellence, representing Charles, St. Mary's and Calvert County's at the Miss Gay Maryland America Pageant in April of 2019 at the Horseshoe Casino. Miss Gay Maryland will go on to represent the state at Miss Gay America in October 2019 in St. Louis, Missouri.
