When we decided to build a leadership program for Southern Maryland, we wanted the program designed around the up and coming leaders located in the area. This effort resulted in a program that is dedicated to building a cadre of informed regional leaders, prepared to address common issues and bring long-term benefit to their neighbors and communities. LSM continues to grow and thrive, boasting a highly diverse and engaged alumni.
