Discover 101 ways to protect and enjoy our waterways. Enjoy live music, featuring singer/songwriter Janie Meneely. Try kayaking, seining, and other environmental activities. Visit exhibits about local flora and fauna and meet militia families in town for their annual muster. Take home a free Bay-Friendly Backyards booklet. Get your face painted and come face-to-face with birds of prey, sturgeon, oysters and other seldom-seen neighbors. Festivities will take place) from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., rain or shine, at Historic St. Mary’s City (HSMC).
