When St. Mary's County residents Carol and Ken Studt decided to enhance the exterior of their 1970s colonial split-foyer home by adding an outdoor patio, they found a design they both loved in a Bradstone hardscape catalog and went to work with Orchard Excavation and Hardscaping to make that design a reality. Recently completed, the Studt's new patio, which is situated beneath mature shade trees and accessible from their lower-level family room, is exactly what the couple had envisioned.
