SMARTCO is a total volunteer non profit organization formed to help citizens in the Tri-County area cross the digital divide. Wednesday evenings from 6 to 10 pm we refurbish surplus computers donated by private industry as well as the Naval Air Test Center and make them available to schools and non profit organizations.
