The focus of the housing authority is to optimize rental and home ownership opportunities for citizens whose annual income does not exceed 80% of the median income. The authority will work to provide housing for all citizens of need.As of 03-May-2011, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays the Housing Authority will be open for full service business; however, walk-in counseling and the Rental Assistance Department Staff will not be available on Tuesdays or Thursdays. Walk-ins will have limited access to forms/information available in the reception area on those days. The Housing Authority’s business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
