Cost: $50 per session
These sessions, led by Judi Lyons, offer a holistic path to healing by integrating body, mind, and energetic awareness. They support the release of chronic tension and stress, helping to unwind ingrained movement patterns caused by overuse, injury, or disuse. Sessions gently restore optimal sensory-motor function. Clients often experience enhanced circulation, fluid mobility, improved posture, and greater physical stability. Judi’s approach blends:
