Start your summer season with the floaty, dreamy experience of a sound bath. All you have to do is listen, open your heart, and let the enchanting sounds whisk you to a place of peace.
This event may be experienced sitting or laying on a mat.
***Please bring what you need to make a comfy "nest" sleeping bag,
yoga mats, pillows, blanket etc. ***

This in-person event will take place at Journeys Holistic Therapy group , a cozy venue that provides the perfect ambiance for a meditative experience.
Arrival time is 12:50 pm for parking and setting up your relaxation space.
