Emotional wellness is an important part of our lives. This CBT yoga workshop, led by Paty Massón, will teach mindfulness practices, gentle yoga postures, stretching, and moving meditation. This kind of yoga focuses on the way you think and act—helping you physically, mentally, and spiritually. IMPORTANT: This is mat yoga but can be chair-assisted if necessary. Advanced registration is required.
