Tai Chi Quan: Moving for Better Balance® is an evidence-based fall-prevention program. Participants will learn an 8-form routine aimed at improving postural stability, body awareness, functional walking, movement symmetry, and coordination. All participants must attend the first 4 sessions to continue the program. No prior experience is necessary.
