Tai Ji Quan is an exercise program to help improve your balance, mobility, walking, physical and mental well-being. You will learn a variety of movements from the traditional art of Tai Ji Quan, which have been tailored to train balance, self-awareness, and controlling body movements in performing various activities of daily life. During the twice weekly exercise sessions over the next 24 weeks, you will practice 8 forms of balance techniques along with a variety of movement drills. Limited slots available. Advance registration is required.
