Drums Alive® uses drumming, music, and movement, to make the most of health and wellness in a fun & engaging way. Golden Beats® emphasizes & enhances the fitness and lives of older adults—stimulating those young at heart. This version will be less intensive and accommodating to most participants. Mainly seated, standing optional. Great for first timers or returning participants!
