301 Junior Rollers Boot Camp is the place to go to learn about roller derby, have fun, and make new friends while getting extra exercise. Boot Camp is the perfect place for your child to learn how to roller skate or brush up on their skating skills. We will teach your child everything they need to know including: proper skating form and stance, agility, how to properly fall, how to stop, and everything in between that will allow them to become a successful and safe skater.

Our boot camp sessions are run by members of the coaching staff, accompanied by help from the current 301 Derby Dames veteran skaters. Our system is built to develop skaters to their full potential, regardless of prior skill or experience. Our league values a collective learning approach and provides motivation, and empowerment to each individual in a safe and positive environment.
Boot Camp will be held on Sunday afternoons from 2-4 pm at the Charles County Fairgrounds.
Level 1 Sessions will be held on the following dates:
Skaters are required to wear safety equipment including knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards, mouth guard, and a roller derby helmet.
