Join us on Monday and Wednesday nights for one hour of Zumba Gold-Toning with Bonnie. This is a low-impact, easy to modify, Latin-inspired, dance/fitness program—all in a party atmosphere. No previous experience is necessary. I guarantee you will love it.
This is a pay-as-you go, no commitment class for $7.00/class.
