Thanks to the invitation and vision of Chef Kendall Selby of Middleton Hall to develop a unique partnership to benefit the community, for the first time, a new Comedy Club is coming to Southern Maryland!
The HOUSE OF COMEDY, operated by entertainment veterans, Tracy Wiggs and Darnell Dinkins, is scheduled to open to the public on Friday, July 5th, 2019. The comedy club will be located inside the beautiful Middleton Hall event center in Waldorf, Maryland and will feature comedians seen on the national comedy circuit that have appeared on HBO, BET, The Comedy Channel, Showtime and Netflix.
The HOUSE OF COMEDY will provide an intimate and cozy venue for guests to relax and enjoy shows. The HOUSE OF COMEDY will offer general admission seating as well as preferred and VIP seating that will include couch booths, bottle service, and a full dinner menu.
The HOUSE OF COMEDY schedule is already set through December 2019, with DC Comedy Legend Teddy Carpenter kicking off the inaugural show on July 5th and July 6th. Other comedians scheduled to appear are Pierre, Del Harrison, Drew Frasier, Larry Lancaster and more. Performances will be held on Friday and Saturday nights, with two shows at 7:30pm and 10:00pm for each event.
