Constance Margaret "Connie" Turpyn, 100, of Solomons, MD and formerly of Edgewater, MD, passed away on January 26, 2025 at the Asbury Health Care Center, Solomons, MD.

Born April 18, 1924 in Rochester, NY, she was the daughter of the late Anthony B. Gordon and Mary Agnes (McCabe) Gordon.

Connie attended John Marshall High School in Rochester, NY. She moved to Calvert County in 2002 from Anne Arundel County.

Connie is survived by her children, Richard of Alexandria, VA and Anne of Hampstead, MD; seven grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death on January 3, 2017 by her husband, George Charles Turpyn whom she married in Rochester, NY; her son, Brian and her sister, Maureen.

Family will receive friends on Monday, February 3, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with a funeral service following at 11:00 a.m. at Rausch Funeral Home, 20 American Lane, Lusby, MD. Interment will follow at 2:00 p.m. in Lakemont Memorial Gardens, Davidsonville, MD.
