Elsie Helena Garner, age 80 of Waldorf, Maryland, died June 7, 2021 at Charles County Hospice House in Waldorf, Maryland.

Elsie was a Cafeteria Worker for Charles County Public Schools at Thomas Stone High School in Waldorf, Maryland for 20 years and was a member of Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church in Waldorf, Maryland. She was a wonderful wife and mother who also loved to crochet, go on bike rides, take long walks, traveling, boating, fishing, crabbing, and spending time with the grandchildren.

She was the daughter of Joseph E. and Agnes M. Ullman. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her daughter-in-law: Janice Garner; her brothers: Joe and Andy; and her sisters: Ann, Betty, and Linda.

She is survived by her husband: Joseph L. Garner; her son: Mark Garner; her daughter: Laurie Drinks (Lester); her brothers: Glenn (Judy), Jackie (Judy), and Mickey (Cindy); her sisters: Anna (Jackie), Teresa, and Elaine; her grandchildren: Ashley (John), Dalton (Briana), Daniel, Gene, Joseph, and Briana; and her great grandchildren: Scarlett and Rileigh.

Funeral services will be private.
