Charles "Charlie" Robert Anderson, age 35, of Faulkner, Maryland was called home by God suddenly on March 23, 2020 due to heart disease. Charlie was born in Washington, DC. He spent his childhood and adult life in Southern Maryland, Anne Arundel County, and Colonial Beach, Virginia. He excelled in all sports but was most fond of baseball and played for eight years. Charlie's career path was spent mostly in the Glaziers Union and a short time in the Ironworkers Union. He was a skilled worker with a strong work ethic. He was most known for his strong gentle, humble, kind, and sweet nature within his soul.

Charlie is survived by his mother, Diane Anderson; his brothers, Anthony, Justin, and Steven; his sister, Marie; his aunts, Charlotte and Cathleene Anderson and Debra Pugh; his uncle, John Pugh; his grandfather, Blair Smith; and his cousins and many friends. Most importantly, Charlie is survived by his greatest gift and blessing from God, his one-year-old son, Thomas James Anderson. Charlie adored his son and his soul will carry his love for him through eternity. Charlie was predeceased by his grandparents, Martha Smith, Robert Ryan, and Joseph and Charlotte Jacqueline Anderson and his father, Charles Robert Lawson Anderson.

The family of Charlie wishes to thank all of those that have kept them in their prayers and they ask that you continue to pray for Charlie and his family in the days and months to continue. His family asks that memorial contributions in Charlie's name be sent to the American Heart Association, 4217 Park Place Court, American Heart Association Building, Glen Allen, VA 23060.

A funeral service will not be held at this time due to the circumstances of the COVID-19 Pandemic. However, a Celebration of Life service will be forthcoming at a later date.
