PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (Nov. 15, 2016)—The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

POSSESSION OF OXYCODONE: On 11/7/2016 at 11:35 pm, Trooper First Class Barlow stopped a vehicle on Rt. 4 near the Thomas Johnson Bridge in Solomons for traffic violations. The odor of marijuana was detected emitting from inside the vehicle. A passenger, Joseph G. Carter, 50 of Lexington Park, was found to be in possession of oxycodone and a trace of marijuana. He was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

POSSESSION OF FALSE GOVERNMENT ID: On 11/9/2016 at 1:28 am, Trooper First Class Lewis stopped a vvehicle on Rt. 4 and Drury Lane in Dunkirk for traffic violations. A passenger, Kirstyn M. Nelson, 19 of Annapolis, possessed a false PA driver's license. She was placed under arrest and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

POSSESSION OF CRYSTAL METH.; MARIJUANA; AND SYNTHETIC URINE: On 11/9/2016 at 2:15 am, Trooper First Class Lewis stopped a vehicle on Rt. 4 near Drury Lane in Dunkirk for traffic violations. A strong odor of marijuana as emitting from inside the vehicle. A probable cause revealed Crystal Methamphetamine, Marijuana, and Synthetic Urine. Michael Ventura, 38 of Santa Maria, California was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

THEFT OF A HANDGUN: On 11/10/2016 at 2:40 am, Trooper First Class Barlow responded to the 2000 block of Collins Court in St. Leonard for a reported theft. The victim reported a Glock .45 caliber semi-automatic pistol and prescription pills were taken from the residence. A phone charger and Samsung tablet had been taken from a vehicle. The Glock has been entered into NCIC. Possible suspects are being developed. Case continues.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 11/10/2016 at 11:38 pm, Trooper First Class Barlow responded to Applebee's in Prince Frederick for a reported disorderly subject. Natice D. Jones, 28 of St. Leonard and a group of females dining in the restaurant became rude, cursing and acting disorderly. TFC Barlow and TFC Lewis approached the table and while attempting to explain that they needed to calm down so that all of the patrons could enjoy their meals, Jones became louder shouting profanity. She was placed under arrest and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
