BUSHWOOD, Md. (June 15, 2016)—A Bushwood-based residential and commercial cleaning company is contributing its time and resources to help local women who are battling cancer. Cleaning With Meaning, in collaboration with Cleaning For A Reason, an international nonprofit foundation, has volunteered to help by cleaning two homes per month for four consecutive months at no charge.
"When I found out about Cleaning For A Reason, I knew partnering with this foundation is what I wanted to do," said owner Stacey Willett. "My mom died in 2011 from pancreatic cancer. My grandmother, step-mom, and mother-in-law have all battled breast cancer. What Cleaning For A Reason is doing for the community is awesome. I am ready for my business to start helping these women with cancer by giving them the gift of a clean home."
Willet says that the only requirement is that the homes her company volunteers to clean must be within the firm's existing service area in southern Maryland.
Willet founded the company in 2010. "I love to clean, and I am always cleaning as it is what I love to do."
