LA PLATA, Md. (Dec. 12, 2014)—The Charles County Sheriff's Office released the following incident and arrest reports.

Detectives Locate Heroin and Other Drugs at Tattoo Shop

On Dec. 5 at 4:46 p.m., officers assigned to the CCSO Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at Aces High Tattoo Parlor in the 11700 block of Central Avenue in Waldorf after receiving information about drug sales at the shop. Through further investigation, detectives found $6,000 of suspected heroin, $1,200 worth of suspected marijuana, prescription medications, drug distribution paraphernalia, and a 12 gauge shotgun. Tyrone Lavell Bonds, 26, of Waldorf (an employee of Aces) and an acquaintance, Charles Leon Douglas, 45, of North Carolina, were arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute drugs.

Charles County Crime Solvers is offering a cash reward for information leading to the whereabouts of Carlos Leon Baker, 26, of Fort Washington. Baker currently has five outstanding warrants charging him with failure to appear for a malicious destruction of property charge, failure to appear for manufacturing drugs, failure to appear in court for a first-degree assault charge, failure to appear for a drug possession charge and failure to appear for a non-support charge. Baker is 5’4”, 125lbs., and has black hair and hazel eyes.

Anyone with information about Carlos Leon Baker’s whereabouts is asked not to approach him, but rather call the CCSO Warrant Unit at (301) 932-2222.
