LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Dec. 19, 2013)The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office today released the following incident and arrest reports.
ASSAULT: On December 17, Deputy First Class Watters responded to the St. Mary's County Detention Center for a reported assault between inmates. During an argument between the victim and Shyann Nicole Ringley, 21, of Lexington Park, Ringley slapped the victim on the hand. Ringley was charged with 2nd Degree Assault and Assault - 2nd Degree DOC Employee (inmate) by DFC Watters.
Edwin Robert Moser, 37, of Leonardtown, arrested on 12/17/2013 for Violation Eparte/Protective Order and a second warrant for failure to appear in court by Deputy LaFave.
Mark Wayne Williams, 45, of La Plata, arrested on 12/19/2013 for Violation Protective Order by Deputy LaFave.
Sydney Alexandra Stargel, 20, of St. Leonard, arrested on 12/13/2013 for Contempt by Deputy Shane Cameron.
Marvin Lawrence Swart, 51, of Hollywood, arrested on 12/18/2013 for Violation of Probation by Corporal Carberry.
Curtis Wayne Rickett, 34, of Cambridge, arrested on 12/18/2013 for failure to appear in court by Deputy Phelan.
Lakeshia Diane Jenkins, 37, of Lexington Park, arrested on 12/18/2013 for failure to appear in court by Deputy Beasley.
Sherrie Michelle Lape, 34, of California, arrested on 12/18/2013 for 2nd Degree Assault, Disorderly Conduct, and Alcohol Violation by Deputy Bankhead.
