Brayman Resigns as Chas. Co. Gov.'s Director of Human Resources


LA PLATA, Md. (Dec. 19, 2013)—After seven years of service, Charles County Department of Human Resources Director Stephen Brayman is stepping down from his position to pursue other opportunities. His resignation is effective Tuesday, Dec. 17.

County Administrator Mark Belton said, "We are grateful to Mr. Brayman for his dedicated service to the residents of Charles County. We wish him success in his future endeavors."

Brayman said, "I thank all of the hardworking employees of Charles County Government for their support over these years."

Brayman served as Director of Human Resources in Charles County since August 2006. Prior to his service to Charles County Government, he worked for 15 years as a Safety and Risk Management Administrator with the City of Rockville.

Megan Donnick will serve as Acting Director of Human Resources until a permanent replacement is appointed.
