MSP Reports for St. Mary's Co.


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Dec. 18, 2013)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

DRUG ARREST: On Thursday, December 12 at 4:08 pm, Senior Trooper E. Evans initiated a traffic stop on a red sport utility vehicle at McIntosh Road at Satchel Paige Way for a minor traffic infraction. A probable cause search of the vehicle and occupants was conducted, resulting in the recovery of CDS. Lydia Caitlin Lepper, 22, of Leonardtown was arrested and charged with CDS Possession - Marijuana. She was transported to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack for processing and later released.

INDECENT EXPOSURE: On Sunday, December 15 at 12:10 pm, Tpr. C. Ruth responded to the 46000 block of Leesa Court, Lexington Park, for a report of indecent exposure. Investigation revealed the victim, a 34-year-old female, heard a knock on her bedroom window. When she opened the curtains, she observed the suspect standing outside the window masturbating. The suspect is described as a short, overweight, white male approximately 20 to 25 years of age. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with the hood up and dark colored pants. Anyone with information about this incident or knows of similar incidents is asked to contact Tpr. Ruth at the Maryland State Police, Leonardtown Barrack at 301-475-8955.

DRUG ARREST: On Sunday, December 15 at 11:13 pm, Tpr. S. Gallagher was dispatched to the 21000 block of Suwanne Place, Lexington Park, to attempt to locate a wanted subject through Queen Anne's County. He located the subject, Brian Eugene Grimes, 32, of Pasadena, and placed him under arrest. Search incident to arrest revealed suspected crack-cocaine and paraphernalia. Mr. Grimes was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center for processing and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

DRUG ARREST: On Saturday, December 14 at 12:21 am, TFC J. Gibson initiated a traffic stop on a red passenger car at Route 5 and Mohawk Drive for a minor traffic infraction. A probable cause search of the vehicle and occupants was conducted, resulting in the recovery of CDS. A male juvenile, 17, of Mechanicsville was arrested and charged with CDS Possession - Marijuana. He was transported to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack for processing and later released.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, December 16 at 9:35 pm, Tpr. B. Weber served a Bench Warrant (T3-15871) on Marvin Elvin Wollard, 29, of Temple Hills. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol on February 8. Mr. Wollard was located at the Prince George County Detention Center. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
