MSP Reports for St. Mary's Co.


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Dec. 13, 2013)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, December 9 at 11:20 am, TFC R. Jackson served a Bench Warrant (T3-16280) on Charles Maurice Hicklin, 24, of Great Mills. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving on Suspended License on December 4. Mr. Hicklin turned himself in to the Maryland State Police, Leonardtown Barrack. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, December 9 at 5:05 pm, TFC S. Ditoto served a Bench Warrant (T3-16137) on Ryan Wayne Baird, 22, of Chaptico. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving on Suspended License on August 21. Mr. Baird turned himself in to the Maryland State Police, Leonardtown Barrack. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, December 10 at 10:15 am, TFC R. Jackson served a Criminal Indictment (T3-16290) on Devin Matthew Hurley, 28, of Hollywood. The indictment was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Sex Abuse Minor on December 5. Mr. Hurley was served at the St. Mary's County Detention Center, where he was already incarcerated.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, December 10 at 11:20 am, TFC R. Jackson served a Bench Warrant (T3-16274) on Kenneth Ryan Caldwell, 32, of Park Hall. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving While Impaired by Alcohol on November 26. Mr. Caldwell turned himself in to the Maryland State Police, Leonardtown Barrack. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, December 10 at 1:28 pm, Cpl. J. Fleetwood served a Bench Warrant (T3-16116) on Emily Louise Cook-Gilner, 31, of Glen Burnie. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Violation of Probation on August 8. Ms. Cook-Gilner extradited to the St. Mary's County Detention Center from the Jessup Correctional Institution. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Judge.

Brooke Elaina Jackson, 26, of Lexington Park on 12/8/13 by Tpr. C. M. Ruth
