MSP Reports for St. Mary's Co.


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Dec. 10, 2013)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, December 5 at 8:30 pm, TFC N. Gresko served a Bench Warrant (T3-16286) on Ryan Lee Barber, 30, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Charles County with an original charge of Assault Second Degree on December 3. Mr. Barber was located in Charlotte Hall. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, December 5 at 4:50 pm, Tpr. B. Weber served a Bench Warrant (T3-16285) on Benjamin Charles Albright, 28, of Hollywood. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Fail to Obey Lawful Order on December 5. Mr. Albright was located in California. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County District Court. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Judge.

DRUG ARREST: On Friday, December 6 at 2:25 pm, TFC M. Pitcher initiated a traffic stop on a green sport utility vehicle in the parking lot of Lenny's Restaurant for a minor traffic infraction. A Stop and Frisk of the driver, Michael Troy Langley, 27, of Bushwood, was conducted, resulting in the recovery of CDS. Mr. Langley was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS - Marijuana. He was transported to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack for processing and later released.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, December 7 at 5:00 pm, TFC M. Pitcher served a Bench Warrant (T3-16265) on Terrell Waul, 28, of St. Inigoes. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol on November 20. Mr. Waul turned himself in to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, December 8 at 6:00 pm, Tpr. E. Krenik served a Bench Warrant (T3-16279) on Aaron Easton David, 22, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Fail to Pay Deferred Payment on December 4. Mr. David was located in Lexington Park. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, December 8 at 11:00 pm, TFC S. Ditoto served a Bench Warrant (T3-16276) on Steven Keith Jameson, 28, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Violation of Probation on November 26. Mr. Jameson was located at the Charles County Detention Center. He was transferred to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
