MSP Reports for St. Mary's Co.


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Nov. 21, 2013)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT: On Thursday, November 7 at 5:21 pm, TFC N. Gresko responded to the 45000 block of Sayre Drive, Great Mills for a reported assault. Investigation revealed that Keyona Chennea Johnson, 23, of Great Mills had engaged in an altercation with a female victim at the residence and assaulted the victim. Ms. Johnson was arrested for Assault Second Degree and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

THEFT: On Sunday, November 10 at 5:09 pm, TFC N. Gresko responded to the Kohl's Department Store located in Lexington Park for a reported theft. Courtney Joy Winters, 29, of Leonardtown and Darin Keith Pasqualle, Jr., 27, of Mechanicsville were arrested and charged with Theft Less Than $1,000. They were transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

DRUG ARREST: On Monday, November 18 at 4:05 pm, Senior Trooper E. Evans initiated a traffic stop on a beige sport utility vehicle at McIntosh Road and Satchel Paige Way, Hollywood for a minor traffic infraction. A probable cause search of the vehicle and occupant was conducted, resulting in the recovery of CDS. The driver, Marcus Bryan Darrah, 33, of Hollywood was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS - Not Marijuana. He was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, November 18 at 7:07 pm, Tpr. S. Gallagher served a Bench Warrant (T3-16209) on Jason Robert Laws, 39, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with original charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving While Suspended on October 11. Mr. Laws was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, November 18 at 7:38 pm, Tpr. B. Weber served an Arrest Warrant (T3-16259) on Joshua David Faunce, 20, of Abell. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with charges of First, Third, and Fourth Degree Burglary on November 13. Mr. Faunce was located in Abell. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, November 19 at 8:15 am, TFC E. Reuschling served a Bench Warrant (T3-16226) on Victoria Lynn Bryant, 47, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Theft Less than $100 on October 22. Ms. Bryant was located in Lexington Park. She was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, November 19 at 1:55 pm, TFC E. Reuschling served a Bench Warrant (T3-16253) on Charles Raymond Brown, 55, of Waldorf. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving While Suspended on November 13. Mr. Brown turned himself in to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

THEFT: On Tuesday, November 19 at 4:15 pm, TFC E. Evans responded to the Best Buy located in California for a reported theft. Randall Cody Ford, 22, of North Beach, was arrested for Theft Less Than $1,000 and transported to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack. Mr. Ford was charged accordingly and later released.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, November 19 at 6:08 pm, Tpr. B. Weber served a Bench Warrant (T3-16262) on Pierre Antonio Butler, 36, of California. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Violate Protective Order on November 18. Mr. Butler was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, November 20 at 11:41 am, Tpr. W. Couter served a Bench Warrant (T3-16264) on Rebecca Ann Anderson, 30, of Leonardtown. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Charles County with an original charge of Driving on Revoked License on August 1. Ms. Anderson was located in Leonardtown. She was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

Mildred Christine Samuel, 54, of Bel Alton on 11/19/2013 by Tpr. B. M. Weber
