MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Sept. 12, 2013)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

THEFT INVESTIGATION: On Tuesday, September 3 at 5:17 pm, TFC E. Evans responded to the Wal-Mart located in California for a reported theft. Ashley Renee Kilinikowski, 23, of Upper Marlboro was arrested for theft of merchandise. Ms. Kilinikowski was transported to the Maryland State Police, Leonardtown Barrack and charged accordingly.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, September 4 at 6:55 pm, TFC E. Evans served a Bench Warrant (T3-16145) on Robert Eugene Fields, II, 31, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving While Suspended on August 28. Mr. Fields turned himself in to the Maryland State Police, Leonardtown Barrack. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

CDS INVESTIGATION: On Thursday, September 5 at 7:26 pm, TFC Evans initiated a traffic stop on red passenger car at Rt. 5 and Old Village Road, Mechanicsville, MD for a minor traffic infraction. TFC Evans detected an odor of marijuana emitting from within the vehicle. A search of the vehicle and driver led to the recovery of the CDS. Toni Marie Keys, 38, of Mechanicsville, was arrested and transported to the Maryland State Police, Leonardtown Barrack. Ms. Keys was charged accordingly and released.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, September 7 at 9:58 pm, Tpr. B. Weber served a Bench Warrant (T3-16160) on Careyna Alexia Green, 27, of Baltimore. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Baltimore County with an original charge of Driving While Suspended on June 5. Ms. Green was located on a traffic stop. She was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

THEFT INVESTIGATION: On Sunday, September 8 at 7:48 pm, Tpr. D. Buckalew responded to the Walmart located in California for a reported theft. Contact was made with Charlotte Lilo Eichmann, 37, of Mechanicsville. Investigation revealed Ms. Eichmann stole over $600 worth of merchandise from the Walmart store. Ms. Eichmann was arrested and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

Lucy Anne Selvidge, 25, of Mechanicsville on 9/9/13 by TFC R. L. Jackson
