MSP Reports for St. Mary's Co.


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Aug. 27, 2013)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at 8:50 pm, TFC E. Reuschling served a Bench Warrant (T3-16132) on John Richard Kolakawski, 53, of California. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Violation of Probation on August 16, 2013. Mr. Kolakawski was located in California, placed under arrest, and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, August 24, 2013 at 5:40 am, TFC J. Hardesty served a Bench Warrant (T3-1641) on Dwayne Anthony Thompson, 51, of Loveville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Theft Less Than $100 on August 23, 2013. Mr. Thompson was located in Leonardtown, placed under arrest, and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, August 24, 2013 at 4:05 pm, TFC N. Gresko served Bench Warrants (T3-16134 and T3-16135) on Christina Ruth-Gold Bowen, 18, of Hollywood. The warrants were issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with original charges of Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia on August 20, 2013. Ms. Bowen was located in Hollywood, placed under arrest, and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, August 24, 2013 at 4:30 pm, Tpr. E. Krenik served a Bench Warrant (T3-16140) on Geoffrey Daryl Daniels, Jr, 29, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Arson/Threat on August 23, 2013. Mr. Daniels turned himself in to the Maryland State Police, Leonardtown Barrack. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
