MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (June 17, 2013)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, June 6, 2013, at 12:25pm, TFC N. Gresko and Tpr. K. Morris served two Bench Warrants (T3-16012) (T3-16013) on Blair Patrick Hayes, 24, of Mechanicsville. The warrants were issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County both with original charges of Theft less then One Thousand on May, 22, 2013. Mr. Hayes was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, June 7, 2013, at 1:40pm, TFC M. Pitcher served a Bench Warrant (T3-16030) on John Henry Harmon, 21, of Prince Frederick. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of CDS: Possess - Not Marijuana on June 6, 2013. Mr. Harmon turned himself in to the Calvert County Sheriff's Department and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, June 7, 2013, at 10:32pm, Tpr. W. Couter served a Bench Warrant (T3-16031) on Jason Michael Weber, 32, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Attempt- Rifle/Shotgun-Possession with Felony Conviction on June 7, 2013. Mr. Weber was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, June 8, 2013, at 8:45am, TFC M. Pitcher served an Arrest Warrant (T3-16034) on Arturo Vicente Leon, III, 29, of California. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Baltimore City with an original charge of Sexual Solicitation of a Minor on June 4, 2013. Mr. Leon was located at his residence and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was severed and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, June 8, 2013, at 10:37am, Tpr. E. Krenik served a Bench Warrant (T3-16035) on Travis Cordell Lahargoue, 21, of Hollywood. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Calvert County with an original charge of Driving while Suspended on May 8, 2013. Mr. Lahargoue was located during a routine traffic stop and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served severed and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, June 8, 2013, at 11:35am, Cpl. M. Grimes served a Bench Warrant (T3-16036) on Jason Ronald McKay, 35, of Leonardtown. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Montgomery County with an original charge of Driving a Vehicle while Under the Influence of Alcohol on June 4, 2013. Mr. McKay was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, June 8, 2013, at 11:40am, TFC S. Ditoto served a Bench Warrant (T3-16032) on Jason Ronald McKay, 35, of Leonardtown. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of CDS-Inhale Harmful Substance on June 7, 2013. Mr. McKay was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, June 8, 2013, at 2:00pm, TFC S. Ditoto served a Bench Warrant (T3-15965) on Kelly Melissa Taylor, 36, of Charlotte Hall. The warrant was issued by thee District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving while Suspended on April 19, 2013. Ms. Taylor turned herself into the Maryland State Police, Leonardtown Barrack. She was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

THEFT: On Saturday, June 8, 2013 at 9:17pm, TFC E. Mersman conducted a traffic stop on dark colored passenger vehicle for displaying stolen tags. TFC. Mersman stopped the car and identified the driver, Milton Morris Houser Jr., 47, of Lexington Park and passenger, Kenneth Wayne Johnson, 47, of Lexington Park. Both Mr. Houser and Johnson were arrested for Theft Less Than $100. Both were transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where they were charged accordingly and brought before a District Court Commissioner pending a bond review.

DUI, DRUG ARREST: On Monday, June 10, 2013 at 12:55am, TFC. R. Jackson conducted a traffic stop on a gold colored passenger car in the area of Route 5 and Old Village Road, for a minor traffic infraction. While speaking with the driver, Crystal Lynn Wilkinson, 32, of Waldorf, TFC. Jackson detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the driver's breath. Field Sobriety was performed poorly indicating intoxication. Mrs. Wilkinson was arrested for Driving While Under Influence of Alcohol. A search of Mrs. Wilkinson's purse revealed CDS - Marijuana. Mrs. Wilkinson was ultimately transported to St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was charged accordingly and brought before a District Court Commissioner pending a bond review.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, June 10, 2013 at 8:40pm, Tpr. K. Morris served a Bench Warrant (T3-15890) on Dejuan Antwan Stafford, 28, of Great Mills. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving While Suspended on February 22, 2013. Mr. Stafford was located during a traffic stop and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

FRAUD: On Thursday, June 11, 2013 at 11:08am, Tpr. E. Krenik conducted a Fraud Investigation. Tpr. Krenik's investigation indicated in-between the dates of April 25, 2013 and May 2, 2013 a victim of St. Mary's County took an on-line job depositing and transferring money for a company called "Unibox.org". During those dates several thousands of dollars was removed from the victim's bank account through this company. The Maryland State Police would like to remind citizens to closely monitor their accounts and all on-line schemes.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at 2:15pm, TFC S. Ditoto served a Parole Violation - Retake Warrant (T3-15983) on Dwight Alvin Smith, 53, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving While Under Influence of Alcohol. Mr. Smith was located at Parole & Probation and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held without bond.

DRUG ARREST: On Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at 6:47pm, TFC N. Gresko conducted a traffic stop on a gray colored passenger vehicle in the area of Maryland Route 5 and Great Mills Road, for a traffic infraction. The driver was positively identified as Kyle Blake Henderson, 20, of Lexington Park. A probable cause search of the vehicle and occupant was conducted resulting in the recovery of CDS. Mr. Henderson was arrested and charged with possession of CDS - Marijuana. Mr. Henderson was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was charged accordingly and brought before a District Court Commissioner pending a bond review.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at 7:40pm, Tpr. K. Morris served a Bench Warrant (T3-16039) on Randy Alan Boarman, Jr., 26, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Theft Less Than $1,000 on June 6, 2013. Mr. Boarman was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review by the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, June 13, 2013 at 4:30pm, Tpr. K. Morris served a Bench Warrant (T3-16017) on Kristin NMN Tellez, 28, of Waldorf. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with the original charge of Driving While Suspended on May 29, 2013. Mrs. Tellez was located on a traffic stop and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was served and held pending a bond review by the District Court Commissioner.
