LEONARDTOWN, Md. (May 16, 2013)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, May 10, 2013, at 2:02pm, Tpr. K. Baker served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15988) on Anthony Darnell Hodge, 23, of Lusby. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Calvert County with an original charge of Theft less than One Thousand on May 6, 2013. Mr. Hodge was located in Leonardtown and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, May 10, 2013, at 6:00pm, TFC R. Jackson served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15989) on Tharcie Sharijuana Smith, 34, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Assault Second Degree on May 10, 2013. Ms. Smith was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, May 13, 2013, at 3:20pm, Tpr. E. Krenik served a Bench Warrant (T3-15987) on Adelina Garza, 32, of Lusby. The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving While Suspended on May 8, 2013. Ms. Garza was located in Calvert County and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, May 13, 2013, at 3:52pm, TFC E. Reuschling served a Bench Warrant (T3-15401) on Eric Alan Jett, 29, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of CDS Possession - Not Marijuana on March 5, 2013. Mr. Jett was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, May 15, 2013, at 12:15pm, TFC S. Ditoto served two Bench Warrants (T3-15974) (T3-15975) on William Francis Wilkins, 26, of Waldorf. Both warrants were issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County with original charges of Con-Motor Vehicle / Unlawful Taking Motor Vehicle / Unlawful Taking and Alter / Forge / Counterfeit-Order for Money / Goods Etc. on April 23, 2013. Mr. Wilkins turned himself into the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
