MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (March 14, 2013)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, March 11, 2013, at 8:15pm, TFC M. Pitcher served a Grand Jury Indictment (T3-15912) on John R. Milburn, 32, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Assault First Degree on March 8, 2013. Mr. Milburn was located in the California area and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, March 12, 2013, at 12:50am, TFC J. Gibson served a Bench Warrant (T3-13311) on Raymond Hale Blankenship, 45, of Waldorf. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Theft Less Than Five Hundred on March 5, 2008. Mr. Blankenship turned himself into the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, March 12, 2013, at 5:50pm, TFC E. Evans served a Bench Warrant (T3-15903) on Robert Cornelius Combs, Jr., 46, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving while Suspended on March 6, 2013. Mr. Combs turned himself into the Maryland State Police, Leonardtown Barrack. He was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, March 12, 2013, at 7:05pm, TFC J. Hardesty served a Bench Warrant (T3-15832) on Matthew D. Silver, 38, of Hollywood. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Assault Second Degree on January 16, 2013. Mr. Silver was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, March 13, 2013, at 2:19pm, Tpr. D. Buckalew served a Grand Jury Indictment (T3-15875) on Michael Jay Straughan, 28, of Hollywood. The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Regulated Firearm: Illegal Possession on February 11, 2013. Mr. Straughan turned himself into the Maryland State Police, Leonardtown Barrack. He was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at 3:25pm, Cpl L. Nims served a Bench Warrant (T3-15904) on Lee Kitwell Clark, Jr., 26, of Leonardtown. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving while Suspended on March 6, 2013. Mr. Clark was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

Erin Joseph Mulligan, 40, of St. Leonard on 3/12/13 by Cpl. L. N. Nims
