LEONARDTOWN, Md. (January 21, 2013)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, February 8, 2013, at 3:15pm, Tpr. K. Baker served a Bench Warrant (T3-15825) on Henry B. Ullman, 24, of Great Mills. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Malicious Destruction of Property Greater than Five Hundred Dollars on January 10, 2013. Mr. Ullman was served at the St. Mary's County Detention Center and was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, February 8, 2013, at 6:46pm, TFC J. Gibson served a Bench Warrant (T3-15860) on Brandon Lee Bates, 20, of Charlotte Hall. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Baltimore County with an original charge of CDS: Possession Paraphernalia on January 24, 2013. Mr. Bates was located at his residence and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, February 8, 2013, at 8:30pm, TFC N. Gresko served a Bench Warrant (T3-15861) on Kevin Clifford Bates, 45, of Charlotte Hall. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Baltimore County with an original charge of CDS: Possession Paraphernalia on January 24, 2013. Mr. Bates was located at his residence and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, February 9, 2013, at 6:15am, Tpr. W. Couter served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15874) on Danielle Lynn Sheats, 35, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Calvert County with an original charge Second Degree Assault on January 3, 2013. Ms. Sheats was located at the Days Inn in Lexington Park. She was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, February 11, 2013, at 1:00pm, Tpr. B Weber served a Bench Warrant (T3-15872) on Dale Allen Wathen, Jr., 30, of Hollywood. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with original charge of Driving While Suspended on February 8, 2013. Mr. Wathen turned himself into the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack. He was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, February 12, 2013, at 4:55pm, TFC M. Pitcher served a Bench Warrant (T3-15753) on Adelina Garza, 32, of Lusby. The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving Vehicle on Highway with Suspended Registration on November 11, 2012. Ms. Garza was located in Calvert County and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday. February 12, 2013, at 11:00pm, TFC M. Pitcher served a Bench Warrant (T3-15847) on Donald Levi Warrick, Jr., 24, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Trespass Private Property on January 24, 2013. WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, February 13, 2013, at 8:35pm, Tpr. M. Holland served a Bench Warrant (T3-15873) on Elizabeth Marilyn Kraft, 46, of Hollywood. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving While Impaired by Alcohol on February 8, 2013. Ms. Kraft was located in Great Mills and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, February 14, 2013, at 10:10am, TFC R. Jackson served a Bench Warrant (T3-15865) on Nathan Eugene Coates, 25, of Lusby. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Altering Vehicle Equipment after Repair Order Issued on February 6, 2013. Mr. Coates turned himself into the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack. He was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, February 15, 2013, at 7:30am, Tpr. D. Buckalew served a Bench Warrant (T3-15747) on James Franklin Howell, 45, of Elkridge. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving while Suspended on October 31, 2012. Mr. Howell was located at Patuxent River Naval Air Base and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, February 15, 2013, at 9:30am, TFC R. Jackson served a Grand Jury Indictment (T3-15884) on Edward D. Adams, 50, of Mechanicsville. The indictment was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Sex Abuse Minor on February 11, 2013. Mr. Adams was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, February 18, 2013, at 3:05pm, TFC G. Thompson served a Bench Warrant (T3-15649) on Steven Wesley Gingery, Jr., 28, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving While Impaired on August 17, 2012. Mr. Gingery was located in Mechanicsville and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
