MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (February 8, 2013)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, January 31, at 3:30pm, Tpr. K. Baker served a Bench Warrant (T3-10281) on Michael Eugene Abell, 50, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Burglary First Degree on December 2, 2002. Mr. Abell was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, February 1, at 9:45am, TFC J. Gibson served a Bench Warrant (T3-15634) on Alvin Bernard Gray, 50, of Waldorf. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving without a Required License on August 8, 2012. Mr. Gray was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, February 2, at 2:00am, TFC E. Evans served a Bench Warrant (T3-15828) on Wayne J. Brooks, 20, of Leonardtown. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving Vehicle on Highway Exceeding Maximum Speed on January 16. Mr. Brooks was located during a routine traffic stop and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, February 2, at 11:59pm, TFC E. Evans served a Bench Warrant (T3-15855) on Deidre D. Lee-Mackall, 39, of Nanjemoy. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Calvert County with an original charge of Theft Less then One Hundred Dollars on April 12, 2010. Ms. Lee-Mackall was located during a routine traffic stop and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, February 4, at 9:20am, TFC M. Pitcher served a Bench Warrant (T315848) on Cheryl Jean Mayo-Jay, 54, of Lexington Park. The Warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County for Violation of Probation for Driving under the Influence on January 25. Ms. Mayo-Jay was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, February 4, at 8:55am, TFC S. Ditoto and Tpr. M. Holland served two Bench Warrants (T3-15776) (T3-15779) on Lester James Kraft, 51, of Lexington Park. The warrants were issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with original charges of Theft Less than One Hundred on November 20, 2012 and for Knowingly and Fraudulently Attempting to Obtain License Permit by Misrepresentation on November 21, 2012. Mr. Kraft was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, February 4, at 3:03pm, TFC E. Mersman served two Bench Warrants (T3-15857) (T3-15858) on Michelle L. Hall, 43, of Leonardtown. The warrants were issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County for Violation of Probation for Driving While Impaired on February 4 as well as Violation of Probation for Driving under the Influence on February 4. Ms. Hall was located at the St. Mary's County Circuit Court House and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, February 4, at 6:00pm, Tpr. E. Reuschling served a Bench Warrant (T3-15859) on Stacy Lynn Sboto, 36, of Callaway. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County for Violation of Probation for Driving under the Influence on February 4. Ms. Sboto was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, February 4, at 6:30pm, Tpr. W. Couter served a Bench Warrant (T3-15849) on Laura Anne Mangum, 46, of Leonardtown. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving under the Influence on January 30. Ms. Mangum turned herself into the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack. She was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, February 4, at 10:35pm, TFC E. Mersman served a Bench Warrant (T3-15773) on Chanel D. Reeves, 23, of St. Leonard. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of CDS: Possession - Marijuana on November 19, 2012. Ms. Reeves turned herself into the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack. She was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, February 5, at 6:30pm, TFC N. Gresko served a Bench Warrant (T3-15852) on Annemarie Christine Arnold, 39, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Knowingly Driving Uninsured Vehicle on January 30. Ms. Arnold was located at her residence and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, February 5, at 10:35pm, TFC J. Gibson and TFC N. Gresko served two Bench Warrants (T3-15733) (T3-15734) on Joshua Charles Young, 28, of Mechanicsville. The warrants were issued by both Charles County and St. Mary's County District Courts both with original charges of Driving While Suspended on October 4, 2012 and October 24, 2012. Mr. Young was located during a routine traffic stop and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, February 6, at 12:54am, Tpr. D. Buckalew served a Bench Warrant (T3-15863) on Joshua Charles Young, 28, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Charles County with an original charge of Driving While Suspended on October 11, 2012. Mr. Young was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
