LEONARDTOWN, Md. (January 23, 2013)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) released the following incident and arrest reports.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, January 12, at 5:00pm, TFC N. Gresko served a Bench Warrant (T3-15824) on Lisa Marie Trossbach, 28, of California. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Charles County for Failing to Follow Conditions of Probation with the original charge of Driving Vehicle While Impaired by Alcohol on December 12, 2012. Ms. Trossbach was located during a routine traffic stop and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, January 15, at 1:46pm, TFC E. Evans served a Bench Warrant (T3-15822) on Destiny V. Kennedy, 21, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Assault Second Degree on January 9. Ms. Kennedy was located at the District Court House where she was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, January 15, at 10:20pm, TFC N. Gresko served a Bench Warrant (T3-15826) on Candace Nicole Trass-Harrod, 29, of St. Leonard. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Charles County with an original charge of Theft less than One Hundred Dollars on December 8, 2012. Ms. Trass-Harrod responded to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack. She was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, January 16, at 2:40pm, Tpr. S. Ditoto served a Bench Warrant (T3-157510) on Christina Lynn Massie, 24, of Washington, D.C. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of CDS Prescription Obtained by Forged Prescription on November 1, 2012. Ms. Massie was located by the Montgomery County Police Department and transferred to the custody of Tpr. Ditoto. She was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, January 16, at 3:15pm, TFC G. Thompson served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15827) on Roderick Emil Bray, 22, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Montgomery County with an original charge of CDS Possession with the Intent to Distribute on November 19, 2012. Mr. Bray was located at the District Court House where he was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
