LEONARDTOWN, Md. (January 11, 2013)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) released the following incident and arrest reports.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, January 7, at 12:33pm, Tpr. K. Baker served a Bench Warrant (T3-15817) on Garfield Emanuel Frederick, 49, of Elkton. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Cecil County with an original charge of Driving while Suspended on December 14, 2012. Mr. Frederick was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, January 8, at 4:26pm, TFC E. Mersman served a Bench Warrant (T3-15820) on Mark Ryan Kelly, 29, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Calvert County with an original charge of Driving while Suspended on August 23, 2012. Mr. Kelly was located in the area of All Faith Church Road and Wanda Lane. He was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
