MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (October 2, 2012)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, September 14, at 3:15pm, TFC B. Wiesemann served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15666) on Monte Vito Fiorenza, 46, of Solomons. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Armed Robbery on September 4. Mr. Fiorenza was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center were he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, September 15, at 7:33am, Tpr. D. Buckalew served a Bench Warrant (T3-15582) on Monte Vito Ghattas, 46, of Solomons. The warrant was issued at the St. Mary's County District court with an original charge of Driving While Impaired on July 6. Mr. Ghattas was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center were he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, September 17, TFC N. Gresko served a Bench Warrant (T3-15501) on Antonio Hermosilla, 37, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving Under the Influence on May 9. Mr. Hermosilla was located during a routine traffic stop and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, September 18, at 1:30am, Tpr. E. Reuschling served a Bench Warrant (T3-15655) on Rayshawn Deontaye Douglas, 23, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Theft under Ten Thousand on August 23. Mr. Douglas was located at his residence and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, September 18, at 2:15pm, TFC A. Malaspina served a Grand Jury Indictment (T3-15675) on Joseph Thomas Miles, 68, of Hollywood. The indictment was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Possession with the Intent to Distribute on September 7. Mr. Miles was located at WAWA in California and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, September 18, at 9:30pm, TFC E. Evans served a Bench Warrant (T3-15658) on Anthony J. Webb, 45, of Waldorf. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Resists / Interfere with Arrest on August 24. Mr. Webb was located in Charles County and transported to St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, September 19, at 11:52am, Tpr. D. Buckalew served a Bench Warrant (T3-15688) on Edward Ray Johnson, 51, of Capitol Heights. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Prince George's County with an original charge of Driving while Suspended on March 28. Mr. Johnson was located at the St. Mary's County District Court House and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
