MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (July 12, 2012)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, July 8, at 2:30pm, TFC J. Pilkerton served a Bench Warrant (T3-15572) on Shelby Lynn Reeder, 20, of Great Mills. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Second Degree Assault on July 5. Ms. Reeder was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

FAILURE TO OBEY A LAWFUL ORDER: On Sunday July 8 at 2:30pm, Tpr W. Couter responded to the 21000 block of Liberty Street in Lexington Park for a Verbal Domestic inside of a residence. Upon arrival, Tpr Couter attempted to make contact with the female subject who wouldn't open the door. After gaining access to the residence, Tpr Couter positively identified the subjects as Joseph Francis Chase, III, 39, of Lexington Park and Priscilla Marie Scriber, 26, of Lexington Park. Once the initial investigation was over, both Chase and Scriber were arrested for Failure to Obey A Lawful Order as well as Hindering an ongoing investigation. Both parties were transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. They were charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, July 8 at 7:35pm, TFC J. Pilkerton served a Bench Warrant (T3-15532) on Chad Richard Rison, 26, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving while Suspended on June 6. Mr. Rison was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, July 9 at 2:26pm, TFC M. Moore served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15581) on Shannon Marie Baker, 25, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Fugitive from Justice on July 9. Ms. Baker was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

ASSAULT 2ND DEGREE: On Monday, July 9 at 11:50pm, TFC G. Thompson responded to the area of Suite Landing Road and Summit Hill Court in Mechanicsville for a possibly disturbance. Upon arrival, TFC Thompson made contact with the female complainant, 22, of Mechanicsville, who stated that she had been assaulted by Lauren Mackenzie Boisen, 22, of Germantown, earlier that evening. Based on the information provided by the suspect and complainant, TFC Thompson arrested Ms. Boisen for Second Degree Assault. She was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
