Two P.G. Co. Officers Indicted in Charles Co.


LA PLATA, Md. (June 28, 2012)—Today, the Circuit Court for Charles County unsealed indictments returned by the Charles County Grand Jury on Friday, June 22 for two Prince George's County Police Officers. Christopher Michael Perry, 27, of Waldorf, and Michael Rowe, 26, of Upper Marlboro, are alleged to have committed the offenses of kidnapping, false imprisonment, second degree assault, and misconduct in office in connection with a May 28 incident involving three teens, according to Anthony (Tony) B. Covington, State's Attorney for Charles County.

An arraignment for both Perry and Rowe is scheduled for June 28.

According to the judicial case search database, the State has filed ten charges each against Perry and Rowe. The court also ordered that Perry and Rowe be granted no bond until produced before the court. The case number for Perry is 08K12000485 and 08K12000486 for Rowe.
