MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (April 15, 2011)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, April 10, at 4:00 p.m., Tpr. B. T. Wiesemann served a Bench Warrant (T3-14887) on Angela Hazel Lowe, 28, of Great Mills. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License on April 6, 2011. Ms. Lowe was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, April 10, at 4:50 p.m., TFC E. M. Evans served a Bench Warrant (T3-14886) on Bessie Elsie Norfolk, 44, of Great Mills. The warrant was issued for Ms. Norfolk on April 6, by the District Court of St. Mary's County. The original charge was Driving On A Suspended License. Ms. Norfolk was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, April 11, at 6:05 p.m., TFC K. D. Lashley served a Bench Warrant (T3-14852) on Connie Sue Jameson, 47, of Saint Inigoes. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County on March 17 with an original charge of Second Degree Assault. Ms. Jameson was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, April 12, at 9:45 a.m., Tpr. E. R. Mersman served a Bench Warrant (T3-14883) on Jasmine Romayne Young, 22, of Leonardtown. The warrant was issued for Ms. Young's arrest on April 5 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. The original charge was Malicious Destruction of Property. Ms. Young was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, April 12, at 11:23 a.m., TFC J. G. Fleetwood and TFC R. B. Rezza served outstanding Bench Warrants (T3-14764 / T3-14765) on Laconte O. Saunders, 56, of Fort Washington. The warrants were issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County on January 27 with original charges of CDS Possession - Marijuana. Mr. Saunders was apprehended by Law Enforcement personnel in Washington, D. C. and extradited back to Maryland for service. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, April 12, at 6:44 p.m., Tpr. R. L. Jackson and Tpr. S. M. Morton served two outstanding Bench Warrants (T3-14738 / T3-14847) on Donald Lee Pinkney, 22, of Lexington Park. Mr. Pinkney was wanted by the District Court of St. Mary's County for original charges of Driving Without A Required License. Warrant T3-14738 was issued on January 7 and warrant T3-14847 was issued on March 15. Mr. Pinkney was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center for service and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, April 12, at 7:04 p.m., TFC M. A. Moore served a Bench Warrant (T3-13924) on Leonard William Morehead, 40, of Great Mills. The warrant was issued on April 28, 2009 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving An Uninsured Vehicle. Mr. Morehead was located in the 21000 block of South Essex Drive in Lexington Park and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center for service. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, April 12, at 8:05 p.m., TFC K. D. Lashley served a St. Mary's County Circuit Court Warrant (T3-14858) on James Matthew Dotson, 23, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court on March 21 with an original charge of CDS Possession - Paraphernalia. Mr. Dotson was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, April 13, at 8:50 p.m., Tpr. R. L. Jackson served an Arrest Warrant (T3-14855) on Stevin Wendell Mason, 21, of Mechanicsville. The original charge of the warrant was First and Second Degree Assault, and it was issued on March 22 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. Mr. Mason was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
