MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (December 15, 2010)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) recently released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, December 3 at 6:10 am, TFC E. M. Evans served a bench warrant (T3-14680) on Brandi Marie Beckett, 27, of Great Mills. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County on November 18 with an original charge of Theft Less Than $1000.00. Ms. Beckett was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, December 6 at 1:20 pm, TFC D. S. Brill served a bench warrant (T3-14685) on William Harley Hephner, 28, of Great Mills. The warrant was issued with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License on November 19 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. Mr. Hephner was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, December 7 at 11:10 am, TFC M. B. Adams served a Circuit Court Warrant (T3-14698) on Kurtis Calvin Tyler, 31, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County on December 3. The original charge was Driving Under the Influence. Mr. Tyler was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, December 8 at 6:35 am, Tpr. S. M. Ditoto and TFC E. M. Evans served two outstanding bench warrants (T3-14702 / T3-14690) on Jeffrey Wayne Roberts, 24, of Great Mills. Warrant T3-14702 was issued by the District Court of Calvert County on November 17 with an original charge of Disorderly Conduct. Warrant T3-14690 was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License on November 30. Mr. Roberts was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, December 8 at 8:10 pm, TFC M. J. Pitcher and TFC C. M. Evans served two outstanding bench warrants (T3-14691 / T3-14657) on Kenneth Lee Lagana, 25, of Hollywood. Warrant T3-14691 was issued on November 30 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License. Driving On A Suspended License was also the original charge for the warrant issued on September 30 by the District Court of Charles County. Mr. Lagana was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, December 9 at 12:20 am, TFC M. J. Pitcher served a bench warrant (T3-14669) on Jessica Maldonado, 24, of Great Mills. The warrant was issued on November 9 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License. Ms. Maldonado was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, December 9 at 7:00 am, Tpr. B. T. Wiesemann served a bench warrant (T3-14622) on Brandon Steven Kobilis, 26, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License on October 8 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. Mr. Kobilis was served at the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
