MSP Reports for Calvert County


PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (Sept. 28, 2010)—The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

THEFT: On September 22 at 1:33 a.m., TFC Saucerman responded to the WAWA in Prince Frederick in reference to a reported theft of cigarettes. TFC Saucerman located the suspect in the Chapline Shopping Center and chased him on foot. Trooper Thompson and TFC Saucerman caught the suspect near Ruby Tuesday's and placed him under arrest. Derrick C. Brooks, 24 of Lusby, was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

THEFT: On September 22 at 12:59 p.m., Trooper Stewart responded to the Southern Maryland Dermatology Center on Stoakley Rd. in Prince Frederick for a reported theft. A Dell Optiplex 780 mini desktop computer was stolen. Investigation continues.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: On September 23 at 7:28 a.m., TFC Donaldson responded to the 12000 block of Cavalier Drive in Dunkirk for a reported destruction of property. The front and rear windows of the victim's vehicle were shattered with a brick. Investigation continues.

THEFT: On September 23 at 4:50 p.m., Trooper Smith responded to the 3700 block of Sixes Road in Prince Frederick for a reported theft. Two heat pumps were stolen from the property. Investigation continues.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On September 23 at 6:30 p.m., TFC Hunt responded to the 9300 block of Megatha Lane in Owings for a reported theft. An EZ Pass was stolen from the victim's unlocked vehicle. Investigation continues.

Keith A. MENEELY, 45, of Hollywood, arrested on 09/24/10 @ 04:09 pm by TPR. C. Esnes

Stephanie B. PULSINELLI, 21, of Lusby, arrested on 09/26/10 @ 12:16 am by TPR. C. Esnes

Derek J. JACKSON, 37, of Ft. Washington, arrested on 09/26/10 @ 01:44 am by TPR. R. Lewis
