MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (May 13, 2010) - The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On Friday, April 16 at 11:55 p.m., Tpr. M. J. Pitcher arrested Christopher Anthony Robinson, 26, of Leonardtown, for disorderly conduct following a dispute that occurred at Catamaran's Restaurant off Route 4 in Solomons Island. Tpr. Pitcher observed Mr. Robinson involved in an altercation with another patron and attempted to contain the disturbance. Mr. Robinson's failure to obey verbal commands issued by the Trooper resulted in his arrest. Mr. Robinson was transported to the Patuxent River Naval Annex Center and charged accordingly prior to being transported to the Calvert County Detention Center. Mr. Robinson was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, May 8 at 4:49 p.m., TFC M. A. Moore served a Bench Warrant (T3-14427) on Terrill L. Bradford, 30, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court in St. Mary's County on May 7. The original charge was Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol. Mr. Bradford was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and will be held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, May 9 at 12:41 a.m., TFC J. R. Stern arrested Francis Allen Broome, 45, of Abell, on a warrant (T3-14250) issued by the Circuit Court in St. Mary's County. The warrant was issued on December 29, 2009 with an original charge of Robbery. Mr. Broome was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and will be held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

BURGLARY: On Sunday, May 9 at 4:03 a.m., TFC J. G. Fleetwood responded to 40000 block of Merchants Lane, Leonardtown for a reported burglary. Upon arrival, contact was made with the male complainant, 53, of Leonardtown, who advised upon entering the establishment he discovered the the locks to both doors were damaged by unknown persons. There are no known suspects at this time, this investigation is ongoing. Any information pertaining to this case can be forwarded to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack.

ASSAULT 2ND DEGREE: On Sunday, May 9 at 1:36 p.m., TFC D. S. Brill responded to the 38000 block of Pleasant View Drive in Charlotte Hall for a reported assault. Upon arrival, contact was made with the male victim, 27, of Charlotte Hall who advised during an argument he was assaulted by Crystal Allyse Krauss, 26, of Charlotte Hall. Information provided by both subjects was consistent. Ms. Krauss was arrested for Second Degree Assault when it was determined by TFC Brill that she was the aggressor. Ms. Krauss will be charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, May 11 at 12:20 a.m., James Lee Dufour, 34, of Lexington Park, turned himself in to the Maryland State Police for an outstanding warrant. TFC J. G. Fleetwood transported Mr. Dufour to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and served a Bench Warrant (T3-14388) issued April 5 by the District Court. The original charge was Driving On A Suspended License. Mr. Dufour will be held at the Detention Center pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, May 11 at 6:45 a.m., TFC E. M. Evans located Dion Jamar Davis, 20, of California, in the 44000 block of White Pine Court, California. Mr. Davis was arrested on an Arrest Warrant (T3-14426) issued by the District Court in St. Mary's County on May 4. The original charge was Motor Vehicle Unlawful Taking. Mr. Davis was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and will be held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, May 11 at 10:55 a.m., Tpr. J. S. Gibson served a Bench Warrant (T3-14429) on Luis A Umanzor Ramos, 35, of Washington, D.C., for Driving Without A Required License. The warrant was issued by the District Court in St. Mary's County on May 11. Mr. Umanzor Ramos was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and will be held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
