PATUXENT RIVER NAS (May 6, 2010, 1:50 p.m.)—Today at approximately noon a gas leak was reported at the Lovell Cove Housing area onboard Naval Air Station Patuxent River. Emergency Response crews arrived at the scene and immediately evacuated the affected area.
The leak is currently being serviced and expected to be fully contained.
All residents have been appropriately sheltered and no injuries are reported.
