LEONARDTOWN, Md. (April 14, 2010) - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office today released the following incident and arrest report.
PROTECTIVE ORDER VIOLATION: On April 13, Cpl. Brian Connelly responded to a residence in Mechanicsville for a possible protective order violation. Upon arrival, Cpl. Connelly found Joseph P. Ellis, 30, of no fixed address, on the property in violation of an order issued by Judge Gregory Wells. Ellis was arrested, charged with violating the order, and released to the custody of the St. Mary's County Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
