LEONARDTOWN, Md. (March 27, 2010)—St. Mary's County Government Offices will be closed on Friday, April 2, in observance of Good Friday. County offices will re-open on Monday, April 5.
The St. Andrews Landfill and six Convenience Centers will be closed on Easter Sunday, April 4. The landfill and convenience centers will be open for normal business hours prior to and after Easter Sunday. In addition, the St. Mary's Transit System (STS) will be closed as normal on Sundays.
The St. Mary's County Libraries will be closed on Friday, April 2 and the Lexington Park Library will be closed on Easter Sunday, April 4.
All Senior Activity Centers will be closed on Friday, April 2 and in addition, there will be no Meals on Wheels delivery. Their normal schedule will resume on Monday, April 5.
The Great Mills Swimming Pool will be closed on Sunday April 4 in observance of Easter. The pool will re-open Monday April 5 at 6:00 a.m. for Early Bird Lap Swim and for normal operational hours at 9:00 a.m.
